STRUCTURE
The structure of each container is made by our company from the scratch. For the construction we use closed steel profiles with dimensions of 100×100 mm, 100×40 mm, 60×40 mm, 60×30 mm, 30×30 mm. The structure is spray-painted with anti-corrosion paint.
ROOF
The roof of our containers is covered with a roof panel with a 10 cm thick PUR foam core. The panel has trapezoidal projections (like a roofing sheet) that allow water to drain freely.
ROOF PITCH DIRECTION
In our containers, the roof pitch is directed towards the rear long wall.
It is possible to make a pitch towards the shorter wall on the customer’s request.
FACADE
Each customer can choose a facade from a range of options:
- unpainted facade – silver-coloured exterior walls, white walls on the inside;
- flat sheet facade – walls are clad with flat sheet metal. Standard colours: 7016 anthracite, 9006 silver; other colours: on request.
- sheet metal panel facade – walls are clad with hand-bent sheet metal panels with a 3D visual effect. Standard colours: 7016 anthracite, 9006 silver, golden oak, dark oak; other colours: on request.
- siding facade – walls are clad with composite panels imitating: plank – available in two widths: 18 cm and 32 cm, in cream, graphite, anthracite; and imitating brick: in red or white.
A standard facade is fitted on the front wall and the shorter side walls of the container. The rear wall is an unpainted sandwich panel in silver colour, aesthetically finished with flashings.
If necessary, we can make any facade around the perimeter of the container, masking the gutter behind the plinth.
PLINTH
The plinth completes the facade and is an important finishing element. As a standard we offer plinth in anthracite colour (RAL 7016), mounted on the shorter side walls and on the front wall of the container.
Other plinth colours are available on request.
EXTERNAL BLINDS
On the customer’s request, we can equip our container with anthracite-coloured external roller blinds which, if necessary, will shade the room or protect it from prying eyes.
FLOOR
The container floor is greatly insulated. First, the steel structure is fitted with steel reinforcing ribs on which a 10 cm thick sandwich panel with PUR foam is fixed. On the inside, the floor is covered with 15 mm thick OSB tongue and groove board and finally finished with PVC flooring and skirting boards in white.
As a standard, we offer the following floorings: imitation of natural oak plank, grey plank, mosaic.
GUTTER SYSTEM
Our containers are equipped as a standard with a complete gutter system mounted on the longer rear wall (directed towards the roof pitch), which efficiently drains away rainwater. The guttering is steel, which guarantees durability over a long lifetime.
WALLS
All container walls are made of 10 cm thick sandwich panels with a PUR foam core.
FLASHINGS
All flashings are made by hand. Thanks to the individual measurement at the container production stage, each of the flashings is “tailor-made” and provides an aesthetic finishing touch.
External flashings offered in RAL 7016 (anthracite) and internal flashings in RAL 9010 (white) as a standard.
On request, it is possible to manufacture flashings in another RAL colour after prior verification of material availability with the manufacturer.
DOOR AND WINDOW JOINERY
We value natural lighting, therefore in our standard containers offer, we propose glazed aluminium doors with a skylight (anthracite on both sides) with dimensions of 1221×2400 mm and PVC windows (anthracite on the outside) with dimensions of 1000×2400 mm. Depending on the needs, the customer can choose between shopfront windows (i.e. fixed) and tilt-and-turn windows.
VSG, or externally laminated glazing, is fitted to all windows. In the event of a breakage, the glass remains intact and acts as an additional barrier against intrusion into the container.
Both windows and doors are fixed to additional steel columns that are pre-welded to the structure. Thanks to this solution every window and door is permanently fixed to the construction, which eliminates the risk of its possible falling out during an attempted burglary.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Each container is equipped with a standard electrical installation including:
- electrical box equipped with a residual current circuit breaker and overcurrent circuit breakers 10A and 16A,
- 2x LED ceiling panels 600×600 mm of 40W,
- 1x single light switch,
- 4x double surface mounted sockets,
- 1x single surface mounted socket (for air conditioning or for radiator connection).
It is possible to add satellite, monitoring and Internet installations to the container. We also manufacture exterior lighting on request.
